If you refer someone you will be paid (.94) for every hour they work.

The more hours you work the more tickets you get to win that weeks bonuses.Every week there will be different bonuses.It depends on how much all together everyone worked that week.5 hours equals 1 ticket.The more hours means the more tickets you get.
