Dates to send your Log sheets in
It is very important for you to send me your log sheets on time. I collect them everyday of the week in my email. Go to the contact page to get the information on what ever method you choose to use. On all methods I need your first and last name, date and extension number. All log sheets are to be done on eastern time. If you have any questions on that email, and I'll get the answers for you.

Click this link to get copies of log sheets. It will be a good idea to make a lot of copies at a time.(20 copies front and back to save paper). I will not accept log sheets more than 3 days old.
